K.L. has 40 years of experience in both commercial and agricultural real estate acquisitions of both new developments and value ad properties.
He, along with a tremendous staff, has bought, managed and sold well over a million square foot of buildings and thousands of acres to maximize their potential and value utilizing very meticulous proactive self developed methods and systems.
Starting with his first business at 14 raising cattle and selling hay and straw. Then right out of high school purchasing his first farm at 19 years of age and first commercial property at 20.
Raised in the agriculture and heavy equipment business on one side of the family and the commercial shrimping and net fishing industry in Florida on the other giving a good blend of commercial, agriculture and sporting background.

K.L. has been the President and Founder of over 50
internal entities within the company over a 40-year span with a PHD and MBA from the school of hard knocks and hands on experience of getting it done!

Have personally bought, sold and managed several thousand acres of farm, timber and recreational lands throughout the Midwest and south managed with a long list of highly qualified ag associates.

Developed a high-end Membership Club for Hunting and Fishing venues around the world catering to the Elite Sportsman bringing years of experience for recognizing the sporting income potential for a farm or ranch.
